Licensed to teach Orchestral Music in High School, Suki was an educator through the NYC Department of Education for over thirty years. She instructed music part-time at IS 139 in the Bronx, at LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts, and at many other schools. She was a substitute teacher as well as teaching ESL, Special Ed, and GED in Alternative High Schools.

Suki was a musician in residence at Cornell University’s Risley College. She also taught music in after-school programs at Holy Trinity Church and PS 87, as well as being a music therapist at the Young Adult Institute.

She has thirty-five years of experience giving private lessons. Her main expertise is flute(all ages, levels, genres), but she has also given lessons in beginning piano, beginning guitar, recorder, voice, and songwriting.

She is also available to lead workshops in finding the voice within, songwriting, jazz improvisation, and producing your own recording.
